Root Canal Treatment

A root canal is usually performed when the tooth decay has reached the nerve of the tooth and has become affected or infected. It is a way to preserve hard tooth structure to avoid extracting said tooth.

Also known as Teeth Whitening. A cosmetic dental procedure in which natural teeth are whitened with a bleaching agent.

Inlays (Porcelain)

It is a restoration (filling) consisting of a solid substance (as gold or porcelain) fitted to a cavity in a tooth and cemented into place. An onlay is the same as an inlay, except that it extends to replace a cusp. Crowns are onlays which completely cover all surfaces of a tooth. Has the same function as a dental filling, it is not immediate as the filling material has to be processed in a dental lab, which receives and impression of the prepped tooth.

White Bonded Composite Fillings

Also known as composite fillings, are used to ‘fill in’ decayed parts of a tooth. They are made of a composition of glass particles and synthetic resin, and can be matched to the shade of the original tooth, blending in to create a natural appearance and restoring dental function.

Teeth Whitening / Clinical GLO

Advanced dental technique to lighten to color of teeth through the use of high intensity light, which activates a whitening agent placed on the tooth surface. Typically this procedure is significantly quicker than overnight whitening trays.
